Refund & Returns

Refunds are only offered if the product is received damaged. We do not offer refunds for any other reasons, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect product selection, dissatisfaction, or personal preference. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these refund conditions.


Conditions for Damage Claims

To qualify for a refund due to a damaged item, the damage must be clearly visible at the time of delivery and reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Customers are required to provide clear photos and/or videos showing the damaged product along with the original packaging and any protective materials included in the shipment.

The product must remain unused, unworn, and untampered with, and the damage must not be caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear after delivery. Claims submitted after the 48-hour reporting period or without sufficient supporting evidence may be rejected.


Verification Process

All damage claims are subject to review and verification by our quality control team. Each claim is carefully assessed based on the evidence provided. If the damage is confirmed, we will proceed, at our discretion, with either a replacement of the item or a refund to the original payment method used at checkout.


Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved after successful verification, the refund will be processed within 30 days. The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in cases including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction unrelated to damage
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect product functionality
  • Damage occurring after delivery
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
  • Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier

Return of Damaged Items

In certain cases, we may request that the damaged item be returned before issuing a refund or replacement. If a return is required, detailed return instructions will be provided after the claim has been approved.

Final Decision

All refund decisions made after inspection and verification are final and binding.
